Can OpenRA RIP or play music CD audio format dirrectly from compact disk?

Do you know if the game was released as a freeware version like the 1st gen c&c games or if there is a free demo version from which the assets can be extracted? People might be able to help when you can link to (not pirated) original files.

At the moment OpenRA can't rip anything of it. You will need to write an additional parser. The fileformat is different. http://dspr.malikov.us/ is a web viewer of it. There is a converter (with source code!) available at http://www.dreamerman.cba.pl/en/jez.php?jp=3

IceReaper has also reverse engineered DC. We might together develop DC for OpenRA, once we are done with KKND mod.
