So I'm working on a mod (a "Red Alert 1.5" as some called it)- still working on visuals and cleaning up the code, so I apologize if any of the visuals seem sloppy.


In the meantime, can I get feedback on balance? (i.e. does any country feel underpowered or overpowered?)
