Looks good man!, maybe the building edges and windows could use a touch up. To give it a bit more detail.

I'm thinking of keeping it kind of the same as RA does with that you can build a certain area around your Construction Yard. You will not be able to move your Construction Yard in this mod though, so it will not be as easy to expand your base so fast. So if you want to base walk you will need to build a new HQ every now and then to expand your build area. I think it's a good solution.

What program are you using to make those models? The structures look fine but they could really use some textures, I mean, I believe that a wood texture blended with the remap colour would do a far better job than just a plain green colour on those walls.

Also I would give a little more love to that powerplant... needs more details. Don't give up man.
