What is the difference between bots?

I'm just curious to know what is the difference between a Cabal bot, a Watson Bot, and a HAL 9001? Please help. I couldn't find any information about the bots on the internet.

There are no real meaningful differences between the AIs. In theory HAL sends smaller attack squads, and the composition of squads differ between Cabal and Watson.
