How do I get enough funds for a naval transport?
Got the supply truck: $500
Need $700 for the transport.
As far as I can tell, you can't get enough funds from selling
a captured building.
All you can get is $40. Sounds rather low for selling a building.
Is it possible to capture a oil well?
