Usually publishers distribute the game as a binary file, that means it’s just zeros and ones.
Getting the source from that is near impossible. If you want the source code of something your best bet is to contact the producer and ask for it

I have been trying to contact them for a year already (but I just can’t find them, can you help me find a producer?)

No, you’ll have to do that yourself.
I’m not a fan of Warhammer and I doubt there are many in this forum.
