You are right this forward command center should not be placed next to the gem mine.
This should better be placed on aless important point of the map.
Didnt know the radius would be so big it should be placed careful by mapbuilders.

Blackened and .1 know about it as far RAGL is concerned.

Nuclear winter is also weird now. It seems like shooting the barrels DESTROYS the oil derricks.

Yes the explosion is stronger now ...
Many maps have to be changed.

I will be updating nuc winter in the next 12 hours and will submit to the ragl guys - im assuming a new map pack will be put out.
