Tooltips are a kind of "titles". Titles are already capitalized in the Wiki and are generally capitalized in English.

But I'm referring to paragraphs. Note that the dog's description popup says:

"Can detect cloaked units and spies".

"spies" is not capitalized in paragraphs.

Ah right. I guess we're fine with lower-case names then.

Isn't this wasting effort? The next release will be out within a week or two, so putting in the old values now for them to be almost immediately outdated doesn't seem very sensible.

I was not aware it was that soon.

MustaphaTR, feel free to add the testing values. I'll change back the AA gun.

Are the stats you've recently added Testing or Release?

My personal opinion: only do official release values and give every playtest and release a new page with the changelog for Red Alert. People who play the playtest can lookup new stats, but they won't be listed in the articles.
Whenever a new release comes out we'll have to adjust the values and changes mentioned in the changelog. This will be a couple hours work per new release, I assume.

And I hope infoboxes for units and buildings will contain all factual info: cost, healthpoints, armor, vision, weapontypes, damageratio, ehr.. anything!

Personal opinion: anything that has it's own page... Capitalize

Is there a possibility to do something like, for example, Dwarf Fortress wiki here? Different pages for different game versions and a version selector to choose between them.

Mustapha is on fire! He's been on a stat-adding spree. There are many useful stats already.
My personal opinion: only do official release...
Sounds like the simplest way to do this. I don't think the "dwarf fortress" style is sensible. It's not scalable for a game with so many releases. And older info is not very relevant anyways. Those rare users with obscure use cases can just dig through the changelogs or the Wiki's revision history.

Devs,

As Anjew suggested, I think coordination would be beneficial for the community. I was wondering if we could cooperate, and possibly make this Wiki effort official if you're interested.

As I mentioned before, I don't think this effort can be as effective if I use the GH wiki system, but I've thought of two possible ways to do this.

The simplest approach is simply linking to the Wiki from the official docs and/or from the site.

The more serious approach would be to move the Wiki into an official domain. E.g. wiki.openra.net. I am willing to take care of the technicalities of installing MediaWiki on a server, and of migrating the content.

Other cooperation suggestions are also welcome.

Thanks in advance.

(Let me know if there are more effective channels of contacting the devs, e.g. should I post this on Github instead?)

The quickest way to contact people behind the devteam is to join IRC channel http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=openra

I added a link to https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/wiki (for now).

Has there been a round of upgrades for the new release?

I have updated the stuff for release. Unless i missed something, values should be correct for current release.
