It is now possible with a simple .yaml edit on bleed. So i want to talk about its balance effects here before really going with that. Radar indeed needs some more stuff to make players think twice before powering them down. I think this can be added to SoScared's balance tests (they are on bleed not release right?) so we can see the effects better.

I don't think their stealth detection when on low power makes sense normally (without thinking balance effects) either.

Also RevealRange reduction is also possible now, so that may be considered too.
