Once the video is ready for the new tournamentvideo is ready I will start signing up to the many gaming forums that are on the web. I'll post a slightly more comprehensive version of the Reddit-post + the video + announcement for the $200 tournament.

I have one request for people reading this: please take 15 minutes and google 10-20 gamingforums or forums with a gaming section from your country or language. Paste the urls in a private message and send them to me.

Please help me out Spanish-speaking, Russian-speaking, German-speaking, French-speaking and Whatever-speaking OpenRAusers and send me a list of well visited (gaming)forums where I can sign up and post about OpenRA.

Yes, I will start mentioning more often here and there. Those comments seem to have about as much effect as the topics I have posted.

*personally I expect some results from the forumposts as well. Im waiting for FiveAces video on the upcoming tournament and then I'll post a Dutch recommendation on these dutch forums.

OpenCnC would be much more suitable. But I prefer OpenC&C (with an ampersand).

It's OpenRA. Renaming it at this point - when it has successful releases for 5 years now - makes no sense.

It indeed featurecrept beyond Red Alert by now, but it started as such and the name reflects that. Also, everyone knows it as OpenRA and by now that name is a recognized brand of some sort.

Dropping that makes no sense.

I'm with Graion here, I don't think we should change "OpenRA" now as everyone already knows it as that and all youtube videos etc. have "OpenRA" in their name.
