Country Flags / Tournament Winner Flags

well i want to post that idea , and hope it dont get lost ...
the idea to add flags to the lobby system is pretty old ... but i had a idea to give it a special eye candy ...
and those are "special flags" created by tournament winner ... for example , a flag with a smiley on it ... or whatever , a cup ... or something
the thing is , everyone can choose every flag , but in the "latency pop up" while draggin the cursor on it, shows the name of the owner or team who created it ...

once a tournmant is finished , and you won (1th), all you have to do is ... create a 16x11 png with a nice symbol ... and then wait for the next release/playtest to choose it as your flag
only 1 flag for 1 player or winnerteam ... the flag dont have to be named as "playername" ... it can also have a "Teamname" or just random
so the picture of the flag is "free for all" ... but name of it is "written in stone"
