G15 & G19 Support

So i have been messing around coding and what not. i decided i would like G15 support in OpenRA. So being the "skilled" C# that i am i set out to code it myself.

So far i have managed to get simple splash screens to appear which change depending on which mod you are currently playing. Which is great, but i have some other ideas for this as well.

Ideas:
* In game stats on the keyboard
* Alerts when power is low etc. (I also thought it would be cool that the keyboard lights turn of when you are at a critical power level, and dim on low power. not sure if its possible to implement though)

Any suggestions comments are all welcome.

You can check the bitmaps and pngs in the Pull Request I have open for the latest versions . I'm still not quite sure about the dune 2k in game but other than that I'm pretty happy with what I have done so far.
