*delay early ore truck stealing except if the player take the risk to go dome first over sd.

I forgot a point, we need fake rax and fake ref. In 1V1, misleading your opponent by covering your real build order can be a true weapon. If the mgg proves to be too annoying/effective after first tests with what he does, he can be balanced by reducing his shrouding radius so it takes longer to "re shroud" zones.
