Why? None of the other changes affect the way APCs interact with other units at all. They are just changes which relate to other parts of gameplay. Either way, it's up to you. Here's one: https://resource.openra.net/maps/26669/ This was run over the entire map pool for the league though. If you search for "TDGL:S1:APC" on the resource centre though they'll all come up. You can be sure it's the right one in-game because there is an APC on the map preview and the APC change...

One thing i noticed during the tournament (which might be due to the domination game mode, or the macro heavy style of N/a's maps) is that lots of games were just medium tanks and infantry on the allied side. There wasn't too much in the way of artillery, or tech that I saw.

Well with multiple MCVs, you can get so many structures down so quickly with multiple build queues, which just makes having an extra MCV too strong in my opinion. Got to say I'm pro removing bounties atm. I've played lots of games without them and to be honest, there are only very marginal noticable differences.
