The speed is okay for me, hopefully there will not be so many early ending games anymore.
Close mcv movement to the enemys base at start is really annoying.

The speed is not so much reduced imo, i like it.

You are right this forward command center should not be placed next to the gem mine.
This should better be placed on aless important point of the map.
Didnt know the radius would be so big it should be placed careful by mapbuilders.

My arguments for keeping it is it helps progress the games. It rewards players slightly for being better. It helps progress the game, but the diffrence is really slight and hardly noticeable change. the players must be heard it is our game otherwise some weird change like bounty removal will come into place. I know it's not the topic here but now that you spoke this out, what do you think is wrong with removing kill bounties? It would only have a small effect on gameplay and i bet you wouldn't...

I also like this idea, i remember in original RA some or maybe all units had a debuff when they was damaged.
They moved a bit slower and maybe had a longer reload delay.
