MCV only will be the rule for this tournament.
I had my reasons to decide that but this is no section to discuss that here.

Anyway if this tournament turns out to be absolutly random because of that rule it is gonna be changed for the next one for sure.

But for now we keep it.

I actually now also tend to like external capturing Engineers. The only thing I would like to see is that they do not stop buildings like warfactories from producing units or even worse stopping the MCV from packing... Just cast the replay and censor the chat I mean wth is wrong with you all to discuss that. Its so easy to change yamls of a replay come on. Also sometimes you dont have a choice. Your replay gets uploaded and thats just it. Dont be a pansy ass and just do it. I had to deal with worse shit than this ...

Upgrades are very easy to implement.
Crystallized Doom has that mechanic.

Hell we even have an upgrade that exchanges current weapons (like Cannons from Tanks) with Lazers.

Yes it can be coded so that an unpacked mcv does provide radar view.

I already had my claws on some of the current RAGL S3 maps and just added "without bounty kills" so the maps stay same with their competitive environment. The other maps I will add later. Instead of money it could be shown as XP points like in SC2. There is an option to see how much XP you gain from killing certain units for your user faction level.

So if thats missing I guess that can be implemented with ease.

Pchote is also against bounty kills and would like to remove it. He regrets having added that since several years. I totally share the same opinion Anjew has. In the end I also favor fairness over fun. Even though Kill Bountys keep the gears rolling doesnt mean it is necessary for the game to be fun...
