convert tiberian dawn TMP-->PNG?

I try to convert tiberian dawn TMP file into PNG with XCC editor but seem like it can not...any one can tell me how? I was plan to use it as layout for creating new terrain for my mod. :?

Sound like promise mod but something still bug me. 2. yeah i think just option to ignore is enough, i understand how bad when people speak what you don't want to hear nearby or direct to you . even just word can hurt people but it's not right to mute them.
