I don't think it's a huge deal removing cash bounties. However, I don't think it's a step into the right direction either. Veterancy can be rather powerful and therefore give one player a good advantage. With bounties that's counteracted with the exponential cash bounty increase for killing vetted u...

Yeah I also expected River of Gold to do a lot better. Trapped did fairly well but I'm guessing Shadowfiend II as a overall awesome map and Stanitsa as a really small but finally good map had the edge. I would have voted for Face-off, but I feel like we discovered so many good maps that it was super...

SF II and Stanitsa both had 6 votes, and therefore the prize is split.

they are useless, compared to destroyers, you cannot reliably micro your subs to kill someone who microes his destroyers as well, also subs cant even shoot from angle, just because they don't pierce rocks and what not

Well, I believe that naval siege should not be the main focus, they aren't all that bad, the problem is that submarines are utterly useless since they can't compete with destroyers. Before that's fixed I'd stay away from any other naval changes. Also shock troopers only overperform in matchups vs so...

For today's stream I'd like to play some games on the new PT. In case everything runs smoothly there we'll be playing the tournament on the PT. I hope we can bring the competitive scene and the devs closer together, as they need eachother!

On another note, I'll be ran...

Hey, I updated the map pool and I'll try to explain why certain maps have been picked. We had 44 entries (probably more but I forgot to put them on the list) and It was extremely difficult to choose the final maps. We played about 220 matches on my streams so far and we'll have some more, but mostly...

Abbarat with the generous $150 (in BTC, much wow) donation bringing the prizepool to $225. This is also good news for RAGL, since won money in tournaments usually stays in OpenRA circulation
