Soviets always had more potential in terms of development. Dogs and hijackers being broken 'till now for example. I don't think we have as big of a disparity as when there were $400 pillboxes. It would disappear when scouted, and wouldn't be re-shrouded until the MGG covers it again.

It appears we've got some consensus on 1) Tone down the hijacker and 2) Engi could use some extra oomph after the capture rework. Here's a balance update: The changes listed as orb's at the start of this thread will not be in the first official playtest. We'll test those in modded maps instead. We're anticipating the need for two playtests here so the idea is if we can get consensus on any change we'll have that in playtest #2...

I've taken what you've done as a springboard to try to get these missions into the official release. I've opened a pull request for the first mission and will try to tackle subsequent ones as time allows.
