Re: [FR] FRenzy's naval Rules
Hey netnazgul ! Glad this is getting interest for upcoming events ! I'm currently on pause again in modding / mapmaking (IRL stuff) Besides, after some testing during the past weeks, the whole thing appeared to be unpolished yet. Here's my list of detected issues : - I tried to make mud bridges cros...

[FR] FRenzy's naval Rules
Here is my attempt at improving the naval gameplay : FRenzy's naval Rules, or [FR]. I've been inspired by the previous similar works, lately Punsho's "Naval Revamp", which had very interesting ideas about naval-land interaction. My mod is heavily based on "Naval Revamp", and aims to simplify, and mo...

Re: Naval Revamp - A Red Alert map mod
I edited some rules for testing (all vehicles move on water), and modified the 3v3 maps : viewtopic.php?p=311216#p311216
@Ronald thx for the feedback, might re-check the 1v1 map when I have some time

Re: Colored Trees
There are no new sprites, it's only yaml code.
And it works as any mod map in multiplayer, no problem
Just take any theme you like, open the .oramap, take the files needed. And add the Rules: (and Sequences: in case of a SNOW map) in the map.yaml.

Colored Trees + Colored Ground
Maps with theme templates (colored trees + weather) You can now set a hex color (like FF0000) inside the yaml to generate a color. I've set up the general structure / template, as well as some theme examples (BW, blossom, fall, green, rain, rainbow) By using hex colors, you have the freedom to set a...

Re: Mapping tools / references
Yes maybe we could make a list of interesting modded maps. I actually once download quite a few, I'm not sure however if I kept track of them ... I'll have a look
As for contacts and community links, they're all on the OpenRA website, but I can link them again, np

Re: The ERCC (BETA) Refinery by Widow and FRenzy (A logical replacement)
Cheers N/a for the post and pushing this forward !
NW patches will be very, very slightly at advantage from SW patches for instance.
But it will be so minimal that it won't really matter, and really mapmakers won't have to think of it IMO.
