You can try the MCV becoming self-emp'd for an few seconds after being chronoed, so it cant react to anything in that time window right after teleporting. I do not know where to report map bugs, in TD map Media Control which uses funpark tileset you can build on the river ford just to the south when using upper left corner starting pos. Im unsure if river fords are intended to be buildable upon, logic says not.

As seemingly AI can use them better and less buggy for them, we can turn Dogs into a drone logic. Dogs would turn into AI controlled drones that are not directly controllable, not unlike the American faction's drones in Gen:Zh. Kennel would return to function as an center for housing up to 5 dogs. ...

Capture husks mechanic existed in C&C3 to let player have chance to regain lost slow and expensive unit. In RA only MCV, Mammoth and MAD tank can be considered worthy of reclaimation. Overall, here its an unnecessary mechanic.

Agree with what you say about the Flak Truck.
I dont really know why, maybe the thought was since allies can steal money with thief, give soviets an different type of 'thief' unit, that would steal vehicles instead. However zorro wasnt even in the last time ive checked.
